Its name pays homage to the plant's millennia-long history, tracing back to the Hindi गांजा (gānjā) and the ancient Sanskrit gañjā. This same heritage inspires the brand's philosophy, one that blends tradition and innovation to preserve the plant's natural qualities and biological needs.

The project was born to give a distinctive positioning to a growing company in a fast-evolving industry. The goal of the new identity is to communicate Ganja as a premium brand, not only for the high quality of its products but also for its philosophy that enhances cannabis' historical heritage and its greatest natural characteristics.

Challenge

The logo reinterprets the iconic cannabis leaf as a linear, dynamic shape evoking the sun and its rays. This choice is designed to represent the brand's connection with nature, based on a biological approach to cultivation. This connection with the sun also returns throughout the entire identity, where plant silhouettes, shaped by sunlight into natural, organic forms, become a recognisable pattern.
